Digital ID cards can be accessed 24/7 by creating an account with Cigna Global online at cignaenvoy.com or by downloading the Cigna Envoy app to your smart phone or device. To create your account, you will need to use your Member ID number.
Follow these steps to find your Member ID:
- Visit care26.com and log in.
- Click on the Menu button located in the top-left corner of your dashboard and select "My Insurance."
- Find and select the “Enrollment” link for your coverage that is currently in an “Active” status.
- Note: Enrollments that are in a "Pending" status are still waiting on a Member ID assignment from the insurance carrier.
- Your Member ID can be found in the details section of your enrollment.
